If Inventyl Pro isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 30 days of:
- your first payment for a Pro subscription (monthly or annual), or
- an annual renewal payment.
Monthly renewal payments after your first month aren't refunded, but you can cancel at any time so you won't be charged again.
How to request a refund
Either:
- email support@inventyl.com from your account email with your organization name, or
- use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or visit paddle.net to find your order.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once Paddle processes a refund, it usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing in Inventyl. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you keep access to view and export your data afterwards.
