What file formats can I import?
Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV, and JSON. There’s also a downloadable blank Excel template with the correct columns.
Will importing twice create duplicates?
No. Rows are de-duplicated by SKU first, then barcode — an existing item is updated, a new one is created. Re-imports are safe.
Can I export my inventory later?
Yes — Excel, CSV, PDF and JSON exports are built in, plus a full backup file you can restore from.
